Hello, my nights are done and I'm off til Wednesday now, yes! I woke up from a nap just now and checked the time 10 o' clock, got my chicken legs in the oven asap, looked at the clock in the kitchen twas 11, bonus, lol. Tis a beauty of a day here, 22 degrees which is perfect for me and a lovely breeze, tis supposed to get up to 27, little too hot for me. Gonna check in with my pal Hazel later to see if she's up for a walk to the base. Flo, hope you got your house clean and how nice to see the sun eh. Sheila, Detlef being a slave driver or wha? Lol. Not much longer and you'll outta there. Wishing you both a great day. TTYL.

G'day. Did you enjoy your days off, Sharon? I'm sure you did. :) Yeah, Detlef & I went into work for 6 hours on Sunday & got a lot of filing done, so he's happy. lol I usually don't mind helping out but I also don't mind putting my feet up on a weekend. :) Yesterday was housework day so all that's left to do today is a bit of ironing. Only 11 more sleeps 'til we get the hell out of Dodge. Can't wait.

Whoohooo! Hope they do a good job. :) I could have a cleaner here but I've had so much stuff broken over the years, I figure it's not worth it. :) Besides, I can do a much better job myself. :P Have a grand day.

Hey there, I must have a been still asleep when I last posted in here, re the clock, I woke up and thought twas 11 but when I checked the clock in the kitchen twas only 10, that's the true story, lol. I had more time then I thought. We had a wicked thunderstorm a couple of days ago, it started before I got off, lasted for over 2 hours, worst one we had this year, thunder was very loud and the lightening was relentless. Thankfully there wasn't any fires. It's been a lovely day here and it's a perfect evening, I'm back on nights tonight, shud be a lazy shift, I'll take it. Flo, great you have your place all cleaned up, I've been neglectful and haven't done any thoroughly for weeks it seems, I'll get at it when things slow down. Must have a looksee on fb. TTYL.

Hey! 4 more sleeps until we go on vacation. Yaaaay! I'm a little excited. :) It's going to be an exhausting trip but hopefully we'll survive. First stop, Toronto for a couple of days. I'm good with that.

Hello, just realized it's been a while since I posted. Sheila, guess you in Toronto now, and enjoying I'm sure. I got off Tuesday and off we went to Goose, got back last night about 7, and I'm just finishing my 1st day. Did some visiting in Goose, got to the home and hospital, I always like to do that, might brighten someone's day. I spent some time with Amy and her boys, pretty hectic at times, but she's her parents child no doubt. Don't often get rattled, or not where I am anyhow. She has her own place for now, hope it doesn't sell anytime soon, they all need their space. I always somehow knew her life was gonna be a challenge and unfortunately I was right, sad state. Ron's sister and her hubby just arrived about an hour ago, Ron's taking them boating tomorrow and whadda know, the weather is looking great. Flo, where at ya? :). Must go and gather my things and get outta here. TTYL.

Good Morning from the beautiful Ponderosa. Working my 1st day, enjoyed my days off. Ron went back to work Wednesday and I'm enjoying some alone time, :). The last of the blessed transformers was outta here a few days ago, thank God that's done. Hope you're enjoying your time in the Big Land Sheila. Working today Flo? Have a good one. TTYL.
