Lordy, it's been a busy couple of weeks but we're finally getting to relax a bit today. Time to start researching flights for Christmas now. Yaaay! :) Glad to hear that Ron got to go to the cabin with his buddy. Good for the soul sometimes, eh. The weather here is still rainy so I guess we went from the rainy season straight into fall weather. Well, off to check the Web for cheap flights. :) Have a great Sunday.

Hello, good grief it's been a while since I visited here. Just finishing my nights, off til Sunday now, yay. What lovely weather I had for this string, 18 degrees yesterday and supposed to get to 19 today, my kinda Fall, :). Guess you're spending Christmas with your babies, before we know it it'll be that time again. Ron's back to work, one week done already. Have a great day. TTYL.

Good morning. Enjoy your days off & hopefully the weather will stay nice for the weekend. Blowing a living gale here the last couple of days with rain, rain & more rain. We went from the rainy season straight into fall weather. Yechhh. At least it's not cold. Yeah, we plan on heading to Ottawa for the Christmas holidays. Looking forward to that.

How cute, Flo. :) Hallowe'en is not celebrated here & I'm fine with that. lol! Not much happening here lately. Got our trip to Ottawa booked for Christmas. Bloody expensive but "what the hay" we can't take it with us anyway. :P I'd rather spend money on a trip than get presents for Christmas.

Hello, back from Goose a little after 11, and back to work at 12:20, one of the boys owed me hours so I got him fill in til I got here. I stopped by the cops station and did the accident report, next Ron will call insurance and have my vehicle taken off his insurance. I miss my wheels but I tell ya that's nothing compared to what the outcome might have been and easily could have, I'm blessed. Tis a lovey sunny day here at 0 degrees, no snow yet which is perfectly fine by me, :). Good that you have your travel plans done Sheila. I had lotsa of jannies, at least 60 or 70. Must mosey and have a nose on fb, have a good day. TTYL.

Glad you got things straightened out with the car. Awful old feeling having an accident like that, isn't it? Just so happy that it was nothing more serious. Not much going on here these days & the weather is still gray & windy every day. I look forward to seeing the sun in Canada. :P I don't care how cold it is, as long as the sun shines. :)

Good morning. Shaping up to be another nice day but with clouds still lingering around the hills. Wait & see if they burn off later. Detlef had to go to work early this morning so I've been up since 4:30. Gonna be a long day. Ah well, I shall survive this too. :) Have a grand Tuesday.

Hello, up and ready for my 1st day shift, only 2 reasons I'm ever up this early, either work or traveling, never outta my bed til 7:30 or 8, lol. Tis a nice morning here but chilly at -8, bit of wind as per usual. Hope you both have a good day. TTYL.

Hey there. Blowing a gale here again today but that's a pretty normal fall for here. Temps usually get up to about 25° during the day & I'm okay with that for now. Would be nice if it was 30° but that will come soon enough. :) Counting down to our holidays on the 15th but not looking forward to the freezing rains of Ottawa either. I hated winters in Ottawa, it was almost always icy. I'd rather drive in the piles of snow. :P Well, enough complaining......it's time to do something constructive. Have a good one!

Good Morning, back to work this morning, and a lovely day it is here, we've had some lovely Fall weather, certainly can't complain. Icy conditions aren't my fav thing to deal with when driving either, it was very icy here for walking but we had a little snow so it's a bit better. I'm still very careful tho when I'm walking, I had 2 lovely ones yesterday. We need more snow tho before the trails are suitable, I love trail walking. I'd best get my things together, have a great day. TTYL.
