Drafty today, but not as bad as had been forecasted. I'll have to check with Sharon to see what the top gusts were, but up unti lI was talking to her last night 50 knots, 90 klicks, was the highest gust. We have more than doubled, if not tripled the 72 minutes of sunshine for so far this month. The rest of the week looks promising in that line as well!

So nice to see the sun for a few consecutive days! Harbour finally caught over last night. It's the middle of November and this is the first serious frost we've had!

Was registering -24 overnight, heading for -8 today and +5 tomorrow. Considering we have already had our January thaw, this iss too much! Roads will be like glass again and the Provincial road crews will be looking to throw salt over everything again!!! Cap_PDT_01_01

This last storm to tear through the Maritimes had Catagory 2wind gusts of over 160 k/h. Storm systems are much more powerful and frequent. Over 200 commercial trucks stuck on the NS side of the Cabot Strait. Shelves on the Island starting to show empty spots in some shops.
